• Founder Level -  $100 (includes DWCHSAA T-Shirt)

These are options available for supporting Carter High School financially. You can register for an Association Membership or simply make a donation.  

ONLINE REGISTRATION

To Register for Membership online, please complete the Membership Registration Form.  You can either download the PDF or complete the online form. Once you submit the form, then make your Membership Donation via Zelle.  Most banking apps have this feature. Simply enter the amount associated with your membership level request and enter your name in the comment field.

REGISTRATION BY MAIL

If you would like to pay by check, please download and complete the PDF Membership Form and mail it along with your check made payable to David W Carter HS Alumni Association to:
